Kelsey Buxton is Tammy's daughter. Kelsey was born on 11/22/90 in Illinois. Her and Casey are now sisters and best friends. She is sixteen and a sophomore at Leesburg High. She is an excellent student who plans to major in particle physics at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
